Bharat Koop Chitrakoot Dham

Chitrakoot’s Bharat Koop is a well that is said to contain holy water collected by Lord Ram’s brother Bharat. It is located 20 km west of Chitrakoot, near the village of Bharatpur. It is believed that taking a bath in this well is equivalent to taking a bath in the holiest pilgrimage sites in India. The well is surrounded by greenery and is known for its spiritual atmosphere. It is also said that the water in Bharat Koop tastes different every time.
